Terms & Conditions

01. Reservations

  • Transfer bookings made through our website are always processed by local time (Lisbon Airport - LIS).
  • We only accept online bookings up to 24 hours before the desired transfer date.
  • For last minute transfer bookings, please contact us directly by phone.
  • If it is necessary to prove that it was the customer who booked the transfer, you will be asked for the reference mentioned in the confirmation reply.
  • When a reservation is made by phone, the terms and conditions are the same and the customer must accept them.
  • If the booking includes two or more persons, the person who purchases it is responsible for all others and accepts the terms and conditions on behalf of the other passengers.

02. Payments

  • Payments must always be made before the vehicle is departed.
  • You can use our online payment system or pay directly to the driver.
  • Payments made to the driver must be in cash and in euros (€).
  • The receipt of your transfer is given to you by the driver.

03. Baggage

  • Two volumes per person are allowed.
  • Any extra or special baggage must be declared at the time of booking. If you make your reservation online, please fill in the "notes" field in the "optional details"

04. Insurance and Guarantees

  • Our company is insured having all insurance claims according to Portuguese law, through Liberty seguros company.
  • Passengers and their luggage are fully insured.
  • If, for any reason, we are not able to deliver passengers to the desired destination, we will provide a replacement transport (private car, train or taxi).
  • Any reimbursement for the costs of an alternative transport that takes you to the desired destination should not be more than the cost charged for a taxi.
  • We are not responsible for delays, before or during the transfer, caused by external reasons (e.g. weather conditions and traffic).

05. Cancellation procedure

  • Reservations can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours before the date on which the transfer is scheduled to begin.
  • To cancel a Booking, please email us travel-auto-lisbo@mail.com or admin@travel-auto-lisboa.pt 48hours before your trip. Please indicate the booking reference number. On all transfers, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the Reservation.
  • All cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing by the Company's Customer Service department in order to be considered valid for a refund. Customers who cancel within 48 hours prior to the transfer start date, who do not show up for the transfer service, or who do not show up on time at the airport to catch their flight, will not be refunded.
  • All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be credited using the original payment method and the account used at the time of booking.
  • All commissions charged by banks, credit cards or any other financial service provider are strictly non-refundable.
